PanelCrusher AI collects only the information needed to run the practice defense experience: account details, uploaded defense files, selected panelists, typed or spoken answers, usage counts, preferences, and messages sent through the inquiry page.

Uploaded files are used to generate defense-based questions and feedback. Files are saved privately while you are preparing and will stay available on the upload page unless you delete them from that page.

The app may process content through trusted services for authentication, database, storage and AI providers for question generation, scoring, and summaries. Do not upload documents you are not allowed to use.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or clarification about your data by contacting the developer through the inquiry page.
